Lead Full-stack Developer

As a Lead Full-stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in architecting scalable applications while providing technical leadership to a team of developers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and development of both backend services and frontend applications, making architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge web applications. You will lead the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, design and implement RESTful APIs and micro-services, manage and mentor a team of developers, conduct technical upskilling sessions, work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams, participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, and own the technical roadmap to ensure timely project delivery. To excel in this role, you must have a strong foundation in backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with experience in frontend technologies including Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx. Additionally, you should possess leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor tech teams while balancing hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are considered advantageous. A bachelor's degree and a full-time commitment are required for this position.
