Lead Frontend / Fullstack developer

As a Senior / Lead Full Stack or Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering performant, scalable, and high-quality cloud-based software, encompassing both frontend and backend components. Your key duties will include conducting code reviews, mentoring team members to align with product requirements, and collaborating with the Senior Architect to make design and technology decisions for the product development roadmap. We are seeking candidates with a strong educational background from prestigious institutions like IIT, NIT, BITs, or other Tier 1 colleges, or individuals from non-premium institutes with experience in product companies. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of developing cloud-based software, including backend APIs and frontend frameworks like React and Angular. Proficiency in scalable design patterns and message-based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, ORM, SQL, along with experience in AWS services like S3, IAM, and Lambda is essential. You should have expert-level coding skills in NodeJs, TypeScript, Scala, ReactJs, and Angular, with a focus on user-centric mobile-first designs on the frontend. Experience with hybrid frontends such as React Native and ElectronJs will be considered a plus.
