As a Lead Development Engineer/ AM - FrontEnd Technologies, you will lead and manage the project development team, providing technical guidance, contributing to architectural decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role involves driving innovation, ensuring continuous improvement, and maintaining clean, efficient code within the team. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the team to ensure successful project execution. - Maintain clean, well-structured, and efficient code while fostering best practices and setting coding standards. - Engage in project planning by defining goals, requirements, and timelines, providing technical insights, and estimations. - Identify and provide solutions to potential risks during the project SDLC phase. - Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and encouraging exploration of new ideas. - Work closely with designers to ensure the application's interface meets user expectations. - Encourage professional growth of team members through mentorship and skill development opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. - Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address concerns for transparency and alignment. - Align with the organization's business goals to contribute to overall success. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 8-10 years of FrontEnd development experience, with 4-5 years in React JS. - Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, CSS Preprocessors, Object Oriented Javascript, React, Redux Saga/Thunk, MVC Design Patterns, JSON. - Hands-on experience in JS (ES6), Responsive Web Design, Mobile Application Development, Micro-FrontEnd, High-Level Design, and Architecture. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and SDLC. - Familiarity with other Frontend Frameworks/Libraries like Backbone.js, Angular.js, Ember.js, Vue.js. - Advanced knowledge of building systems such as Web pack, including Linting, Minifying, code splitting. - Basic understanding of DevOps, Database concepts, and BackEnd Technologies.
