Overview We are ooking for a highy skied Lead Engineer to spearhead our data and appication migration projects. The idea candidate wi have in-depth knowedge of coud migration strategies, especiay with AWS, and hands-on experience in arge-scae migration initiatives. This roe requires strong eadership abiities, technica expertise, and a keen understanding of both the source and target patforms. Responsibiities Lead end-to-end migration projects, incuding panning, design, testing, and impementation. Coaborate with stakehoders to define migration requirements and goas. Perform assessments of existing environments to identify the scope and compexity of migration tasks. Design and architect scaabe migration strategies, ensuring minima downtime and business continuity. Oversee the migration of on-premises appications, databases, and data warehouses to coud infrastructure. Ensure the security, performance, and reiabiity of migrated workoads. Provide technica eadership and guidance to the migration team, ensuring adherence to best practices. Troubeshoot and resove any technica chaenges reated to the migration process. Coaborate with cross-functiona teams, incuding infrastructure, deveopment, and security. Document migration procedures and essons earned for future reference.
