Lead analyst-Iam Forgerock

The position of Lead Analyst/Iam Forgerock at CGI requires a skilled ForgeRock Developer with 8-12 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) and proficiency in software development best practices. As the ideal candidate, you should possess strong Java expertise, data analysis capabilities, and a solid understanding of the ForgeRock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, DS, IG). Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and managing authentication and authorization services within ForgeRock Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC), designing and optimizing authentication journeys, setting up and troubleshooting Remote Connector Servers (RCS) for external system integrations, developing custom connectors for data synchronization, defining schema structures and attribute mappings, creating and debugging scripted nodes, deploying ForgeRock components via CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure and scalable identity services using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and federation protocols. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance operational performance, and support incident response for identity services will also be part of your duties. To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience with ForgeRock AIC, expertise in authentication journeys and scripted nodes, implementation of multi-factor authentication (MFA), proficiency in Remote Connector Server (RCS) setup, custom connector development using Groovy, Java, or JavaScript, schema creation and attribute mapping, knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, experience with DevOps pipelines, Kubernetes, and containerization. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have operational IAM experience, troubleshooting skills in production environments, exposure to identity governance frameworks, familiarity with cloud infrastructure, knowledge of ArgoCD and GitOps methodologies, performance tuning capabilities, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
