Law/Legal Internship

As an intern at SHAILENDRA BHATNAGAR & ASSOCIATES (SBA), you will have the opportunity to engage in various legal tasks and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. Your main responsibilities will include conducting legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations that are relevant to active matters. Additionally, you will be assisting in drafting legal documents such as briefs and memoranda. Furthermore, you will play a key role in supporting court preparation activities by organizing case files, drafting pleadings, and conducting research on arguments. In addition to these legal tasks, you will also provide administrative and case management support by handling errands, managing documents, and offering general assistance to the legal staff.
