after sales service is very poor. i am waiting for getting my x900 mobile back from service from last 45 days. it is nightmare to contact on toll free. after a full day try if i manage to talk with officer he just apologise n feel sorry but cant giving any idea that when i get my mobile back.

The work culture of this company is quite good. My daughter is working here and she is quite happy with the work environment. The staff, the management is good. They pay well, compared to industry standards and infrastructure is also fine.

I bought Lava X1 selfie and from the first month the phone started having problem. The volume button and power button stopped working. I went to service centers but they are also not able to repair the phone. Very poor quality of product and service. Not recommended at all.
