I was working as Senior Lead Engineer in Design Quality, i found that lava is a Good company in terms of job security but growth and learning is quite low there, Govt. Office kind of behaviour. Although it is the only Indian brand so it needs to improve a little bit, rest everything from FOOD to Infrastructure is nice.
