Job Description

As a Machine Operator (Light Duty Lathe Machine) at our company, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines and Light Duty Lathe machines effectively. With a qualification of ITI Machinist and 2 to 3 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include handling CNC machines, operating Light Duty Lathe machines, and demonstrating strong teamwork skills. The role requires full-time availability with a day shift schedule and occasional weekend availability. Your performance will be rewarded with a competitive CTC ranging from 2.5 to 3 LPA, along with benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses. Ideally, you should have a Diploma and an ITI certification, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. This position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, and requires in-person work at our location.
