Job Title: LaTeX Template Developer Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented LaTeX Template Developer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of LaTeX and experience in creating and customizing templates for books, journals, and other publishing formats. This is a full-time, in-office role suitable for professionals passionate about high-quality document formatting and typesetting. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain LaTeX templates as per specific project requirements. Work closely with production and editorial teams to implement consistent and accurate formatting styles. Create and modify class/style files and macros to meet publishing standards. Ensure all templates are optimized for scalability, usability, and reusability across various projects. Troubleshoot and resolve LaTeX formatting issues efficiently. Maintain documentation related to LaTeX template development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in LaTeX and associated tools/environments. Strong understanding of document structure, typesetting principles, and formatting techniques. Hands-on experience in developing and managing LaTeX class and style files. Familiarity with academic, scientific, or technical publishing workflows. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Knowledge of PERL scripting for automation and file handling. Experience working in ePublishing Familiarity with XML workflows, Overleaf, or TeX editors.
