Job Description

Role & responsibilities JD -Hub Incharge We're seeking a proactive Hub Operations Manager to oversee a designated hub, managing manpower, rider escalations, and hub performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Rider Management: Training, performance monitoring, and resolving rider escalations. Workforce Management: Handling rider attrition, TL management, and achieving hub metrics. Reconciliation: Daily reconciliation of shipments and fraud/shortage resolution. Hub Layout Management: Implementing 5S, space organization, and stakeholder relationships. Escalation Management: Handling volume escalations, rider payouts, and customer escalations. Operational Excellence: Cash management, loss prevention, and hub activities organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field. Previous operations management experience in logistics or e-commerce. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management and reconciliation.
