Clinical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Laboratory Technician with a strong background in laboratory operations and patient care. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working with advanced laboratory machines, handling clinical samples, and maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of Laboratory Machines: Experience with machines like Roche, Automated Analyzers, Hormone Analyzers, Mispa Nano Plus, and staining equipment.
• Sample Handling: Collect, receive, label, and analyze clinical samples with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Chemical & Fluid Management: Organize and store chemicals, fluids, and other substances according to safety guidelines.
• Record Keeping: Maintain daily logs and equipment record books for all tests, calibrations, and maintenance activities.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, sterilize, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
• Patient Care: Prioritize patient care by ensuring the quality and integrity of lab results while maintaining a compassionate approach to all individuals.
• Safety Protocols: Handle potentially hazardous substances (flammable materials, biohazards, liquids, etc.) in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Experience: At least 2 years of work experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technician.
• Licensing: Valid laboratory technician license.
• Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Personal Traits: Punctual, responsible, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

Salary: Starting Rs. 12K and above (depending on experience).
