Roles and Responsiblities

• Visit patients at home or workplaces for sample collection as per scheduled appointments.
• Collect various types of diagnostic specimens (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) following standard phlebotomy and biosafety procedures.
• Label and document samples accurately and ensure proper storage and timely transportation to the laboratory.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sterility during all collection procedures.
• Verify patient identity and educate them on the collection process if necessary.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in good condition, including sample kits, cold boxes, and PPE.
• Follow all infection control and biohazard safety measures.
• Coordinate with the call center, logistics, and lab teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver a professional, empathetic service experience.
