L2 AV Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience on devices such as Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Extron, Clearone, Biamp, Kramer, Aver, Audiocodes, etc.
Knowledge or experience on installation and configuration of AV Switchers and Scaler, Projector, Screen and Displays, Audio mixer and wired/wireless microphone, Amplifier and speakers, VC endpoints.
Must have experience in AV connector soldering, pulling of AV cables, cable routing and dressing, AV rack installation, display and projector mounting, etc.
Knowledge and 2 -4 years of work experience in Video Conferencing Endpoints from major OEMs like Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, Crestron MTR, etc..
Hands-on experience in multi OEM integration.
Basic programming
Work Experience in arranging and supporting town hall meetings

Able to explain technical problems in simple terms
Work well with people
Dedication to continually update knowledge
Knowledge on control hub preferred
Knowledge on Webex hybrid solution preferred
