As a Quality Analyst Senior Associate in the Learning and Development VTH team at EY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of digital learning materials. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test scenarios and cases for eLearning applications, overseeing quality management processes, collaborating with project stakeholders, and providing operational oversight with comprehensive reporting. Your commitment to maintaining project schedules and delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes will be key to your success. To excel in this role, you should have experience in various testing methodologies such as Functional, Accessibility, Regression, and Usability Testing, along with proficiency in Manual Testing. A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), bug tracking systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be beneficial. Additionally, having 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically in eLearning or educational technology, is required for this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You should be a team player with a flexible can-do attitude, comfortable working collaboratively with others. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred for this role.
