Location: Saket, New Delhi Experience: 1+ years Industry: Agri-business / FMCG / Start-up Employment Type: Full-time About the Role As a Finance Executive at Konnect Agro, you will be responsible for managing critical financial processes, including preparing daily/monthly sales flash reports, assisting in preparation of monthly MIS (Management Information System), handling accounts receivable and payable on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and supporting business decisions with data-driven analysis. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on finance work, daily reporting, and analytical insight. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication skills and a good command over English. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly sales flash reports to management. · Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries. · Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making and process improvement. · Create, review, and present financial reports for internal stakeholders. · Maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team in day-to-day operations. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights. · Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English, both verbally and in writing What You’ll Need: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. · MBA in Finance or a postgraduate degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field. · Proven experience in financial reporting and accounts management. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · Excellent command of English and strong communication skills. · Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software is a plus.
