About the Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team . You’ll take ownership of deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation while ensuring high availability and performance of applications across all environments. Responsibilities Build strong partnerships with development teams to understand their tech stack and support infrastructure requirements. Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure with a focus on High Availability (HA). Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline development and release strategies using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related tools. Ensure infrastructure reliability through proactive monitoring, logging (e.g., ELK Stack), and incident management. Take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure projects from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance. Continuously assess and improve infrastructure capabilities, reliability, and performance based on evolving business needs. Requirements: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, especially AWS and Azure . Hands-on scripting skills in Shell. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Docker Swarm. Proficiency in orchestration/configuration tools such as Ansible and Terraform. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines , build and release processes using Jenkins and Bitbucket. Working knowledge of Linux OS and system troubleshooting. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Alerta, Icinga, and Zabbix . Experience with ELK Stack for centralized logging. Solid Understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL (high availability, replication, backups). Good to have Knowledge on RabbitMQ, Redis and Kafka Cluster Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills in production environments . Familiar with incident management, post-mortems , and RCA processes.
