You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and create engaging visual experiences. Responsibilities Visual Design & Branding: Develop and execute creative visual concepts for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Design website interfaces, mobile app interfaces, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and other visual assets. Motion Graphics: Design and animate compelling motion graphics for various purposes, including website elements, social media content, explainer videos, and internal communications. Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs. Work closely with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on design goals and execution. Design Tools Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to design processes and deliverables. Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand identity. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer. Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of visual design skills, including branding. Proven experience in creating and implementing motion graphics using software like Adobe After Effects or similar. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
