About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and accomplished Assistant Professor of English with a strong academic background and proven university-level teaching experience. Candidates who have completed their Master’s or Ph.D. from reputed foreign language universities are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Teach English language, communication skills, and professional writing to engineering students. Design and deliver course content as per the university curriculum and industry relevance Prepare students for interviews, presentations, and workplace communication Develop lesson plans, assessments, and evaluation methods Mentor and guide students in academic and personality development Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and student-related activities Contribute to institutional research, publications, and workshops/seminars Required Qualifications: Ph.D. Degree must be from a reputed foreign language universities , preferably English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) Minimum 2–5 years of university-level teaching experience Strong command over English grammar, writing, and communication methodologies Desirable Skills: Experience in training students for placements, group discussions, and public speaking. Knowledge of curriculum development and academic research. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate students from technical backgrounds. This position is open to candidates currently residing in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
