Roles and Responsibilities Translate content from English to Swahili with high accuracy and attention to detail. Review translated content for grammar, syntax, and consistency in tone and style. Collaborate with project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality translations on time. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Participate in continuous learning opportunities to improve translation skills and stay updated on industry trends. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience as a freelance translator or interpreter in Swahili language. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Swahili languages. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with translation software such as MemoQ or SDL Trados is an asset.
