Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kidney Transplant Coordinator located in India. The Kidney Transplant Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of kidney transplant procedures including patient counseling. This role involves closely working with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, as well as maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare coordination and transplant procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in patient assessment
• Ability to educate and counsel patients and families
• Familiarity with hospital policies and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare qualification with relevant experience in transplant coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
