Position: MEP Engineer (Plumbing ) Level: Executive Open Position: 1 Mode of Work: Offline/from office Location: Shivajinagar, Pune We are looking to hire a candidate with the experience of 1-5 years in CAD drafting. Knowledge of ALL building plumbing aspects. To be successful as a Plumbing Engineer, one should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience of Residential and Commercial Plumbing System. Preparation of drainage and storm water budget with detailed measurement sheet as per Invert Levels. Calculations of water demand and pipe sizing, STP, Transformer and DG capacity. Estimation of internal and external Building budget considering toilets Plans, elevations, RCC cutouts for Plumbing systems. Estimation of Water tank, sprinkler system, Hydrant systems, Fire alarm systems. etc. Experience of EC calculations and EC meetings preferred. Preparation of detailed drawing requirement and communication with client for detailed budget. Knowledge of preparation of detailed Tender BOQ. Must have knowledge of current basic rates. FIRE FIGHTING: CAD drafting skills with 2 - 4 years of experience Knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems for Residential and commercial buildings. Estimation of Water tank, sprinkler system Hydrant systems, Fire alarm systems Experience of EC calculations and EC meetings preferred. ELIGIBILITY COMPETENCIES: Min 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Preferred from Real Estate or MEP Background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Attending customer walk-ins, greeting and showing them the audio, video and project presentation Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc. Ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers. Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects. In collaboration with the Team Head, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution. Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
