Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account revenue. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients. 6. Work closely with the sales team to provide support in acquiring new key accounts. 7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
