Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/MBA in Human Resources preferred). • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role. • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. • Familiarity with HRMS software is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
