Key Responsibilities Ensure that high quality of service and product standards as specified by the management are implemented. Responsible for Store P&L. Ensure that all budget/targeted sales and expenditure are achieved to maximize profitability. Ensure that all documentation including forms and registers that are required are maintained for MIS. Ensure over all staff discipline with regards to conduct, work performance and disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of the entire Outlet. Ensure continued training of staff on all aspects. Resolve all customer complaints in timely manner. Briefing to be taken daily with the service staff. Perform checks on food quality. Qualification & Experience Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in retail operations in the QSR/ice cream industry. Minimum 10 years of overall experience with 3 years of experience as Store Manager in a similar industry. Determine the safety stock levels to reduce the risk of stock outs during unusual periods of supply and demand. Devise strategies to optimise stock control. Travel frequently to our partner outlets to manage inventory. Forecast demand through past data, markets and upcoming events to adjust inventory levels. Preferred candidate profile Working experience in the food retail or QSR industry, preferably in a similar role. A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. Must be 12th pass. Owning a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is mandatory for travel.
