Roles and Responsible : 1. Manage current business in Maharashtra , Goa and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual order booking target, market penetration, CRM etc. 2. Understand market dynamics and keep track of competitor activities and provide input for product development / innovation based on market requirements. 4. Provide accurate and timely reports using our Sales Software ERP NEXT. Proficient in Soft Skills like MS OFFICE & AI Tools 5. Ensure all collectables (receivables, Retention money, EMD/SD/FDR, BGs, and TDS etc) are followed up and collected on time. 6. Can travel atleast 15 days in a month. 7. Must have Two Wheeler/ Four Wheeler Desired Candidate Profile :- Required Education / Experience / Skills / Behaviors: 1. Education :Mechanical Engineer/ BTech / DME/ BSC- Physics. 2.
