The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day sales of the Retail Shop. The candidate should possess a minimum 2 years of experience in retail. The candidate needs to have excellent organizational and communication skills, and must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. He must be self motivated, show initiative and be able to work both independently and as a team. Retail Shop Management: Oversee the daily operations of the retail shop to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Sales Accounting: Accurately record and track all sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Financial Reporting: Prepare and reconcile daily cash deposits, sales reports, and other financial documentation as required. Inventory Control: Requisition, receive, and maintain adequate stock levels of merchandise and supplies to meet customer demand and minimize shortages. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED: -- excellent communication and people skills - computer skills to include knowledge of work processing, spreadsheets, email platforms
