Junior Video Editor and Designer

You are looking for a Junior Video Editor and Designer who will be responsible for creating engaging visuals and videos for digital platforms. You will craft unified brand stories with creativity and precision, collaborating cross-functionally, managing assets efficiently, staying updated on trends, and delivering impactful static and motion content. Your role will demonstrate strong design skills, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling. Responsibilities Create visually captivating designs for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and marketing campaigns to amplify brand visibility and engagement. Edit and compile video content into dynamic reels, product campaigns, and brand narratives that connect emotionally with the audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop unified visual stories reflecting strategic goals and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic. Interpret project briefs with creativity and precision, delivering graphics and motion content embodying the brand's identity and tone. Keep pace with evolving design and video trends, infusing fresh, innovative elements into each creative output. Organize and manage visual assets and project files for streamlined workflows, ensuring quick access and efficient reuse. Incorporate feedback gracefully, refining visuals and motion content with agility while preserving design integrity. Qualifications 02 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing (internships count!) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; bonus for Figma or Canva) A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work. Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and video pacing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A curious, collaborative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling. Bonus points if you: Have experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok. Are familiar with basic animation or motion graphics.
