Junior Talent Partner Fresher Job

About the job:

We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join as an Associate Talent Partner. As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture. Most of your time will be spent supporting end-to-end TA and 10% on another Operational aspect.

Key responsibilities: 1. Sourcing relevant candidates to create a pipeline for the assigned position. 2. Spending a good amount of time screening candidates to ensure a proper fit in terms of the requirements and culture at SimplePlan. 3. Ensure the candidates receive the aptitude test, assignment and the interview scheduled within the agreed time frame. 4. Working on creative and tech roles at the same time. 5. Guiding and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. 6. Auditing the documents shared by candidates to ensure that it is aligned with the information they provided. 7. Running reference check. You must: 1. Communicate effectively. 2. Be able to multitask. 3. Practice active listening skills. 4. Be able to hustle. You want to: 1. Be better every day. 2. Improve your people skills. 3. Understand organisational psychology.
