Junior Software Engineer

We are searching for smart and young developers to join our Software Engineering team in Bhopal. We provide a competitive salary hike and a comprehensive benefits package. As a developer, your responsibilities will include executing the full software development life cycle (SDLC), creating flowcharts and layouts to identify requirements, writing well-designed and testable code, producing specifications, and integrating software components into a fully functional system. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in Java/Python/UI Development, possess good written communication skills in English, be hardworking with a strong interest in learning, and be willing to take on 100% development responsibility as well as other assigned tasks. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with task delegation and execution to third parties if necessary. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule includes evening, fixed, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a US shift. There is also a yearly bonus offered. A Bachelor's degree is required, and at least 1 year of experience in IT is preferred. Night shift availability is required for this role, and work will be conducted in person.
