About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
1. Design and write engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
2. Create graphics, videos, and reels (with the design or video editing team).

2. Social Media Management:
1. Schedule and post content using tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
2. Maintain brand voice, tone, and style across platforms.

3. Engagement:
1. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
2. Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience interests to improve reach and interaction.

4. Campaign Execution:
1. Run promotional campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, etc.
2. Support paid ad campaigns by coordinating with marketing teams or agencies.

5. Analytics & Reporting:
1. Track performance (likes, reach, engagement, followers).
2. Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions.

6. Research & Trends:
1. Stay updated with new features and algorithm changes.
2. Benchmark against competitors.
