Muthoot Finance Ltd hiring for Junior Relationship Executive Role

Interview Location & Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Regional office Meerut

Role & responsibilities:

Drive business growth by acquiring and managing customer relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and support branch operations in the Theni & Dindigul locations.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in Theni and Dindigul. Serve as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries and support.
Sales and Promotion: Identify new business opportunities while promoting and selling [specific products/services] to both existing and prospective clients.
Customer Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure their needs are being met, address concerns, and look for opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling.
Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to offer customized solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives.
