Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with proven experience sourcing and hiring sales professionals. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on attracting top-tier sales talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand staffing needs and contribute to building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of sales roles (e.g., SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team goals, and culture fit.
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality sales talent.
• Keep accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
• Understanding of the sales hiring process and common success profiles in sales organizations.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
