Role & responsibilities: 1. Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly work schedule 2. Material & Machinery procurement planning 3. Handling projects, managing contractors, attending meetings & discussing drawing project details with team members, clients & contractors 4. Resource allocation activity-wise/project-wise 5. Conducting weekly project review meeting with the subcontractors, engineers & reporting the same to the PM 6. Identification, micro-schedule preparation & tracking of critical activities Must-Have Skills: 1. Should have experience in the hard-core planning section of construction/residential projects 2. Hands-on exposure in MSP, Excel, and AutoCAD Preferred candidate profile: 1. ERP Knowledge 2. Knowledge or working experience, or an idea in MS-Project/Primavera 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate/building construction. Preference would be given if you worked in the Aluform building
