Junior Graphic Designer

As a leading digital marketing agency in South India, Monolith IMC works with billion-dollar brands across India and is seeking dynamic individuals to join our creative team. We are currently looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to assist in producing visually appealing designs for our clients and internal projects. Position: Junior Graphic Designer (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) Candidates are required to attach a work profile or portfolio when applying for this position. The location for this role is Cochin. Qualifications: Candidates with any degree or diploma are welcome to apply, although exceptional skills will be given priority over formal education. Fluency in English is preferred for this position. Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic about learning, enhancing their design skills, and collaborating with senior designers to deliver high-quality creative outputs. Responsibilities: - Assist in creating designs for ad campaigns, social media, and branding materials. - Collaborate closely with the senior design team to comprehend project requirements and provide creative solutions. - Support in developing illustrations, layouts, and visual elements that meet client expectations. - Ensure design consistency across all marketing channels. - Stay abreast of design trends and effectively incorporate them into projects.
