Junior Executive- Backoffice Support

Position: Junior Executive-Service BackOffice Support Industry: Elevator (Preferred) Education: Any Graduation Experience: 1-2 Years of service support experience Location: Mumbai Job Responsibility: 1. Sales order registration on SAP & GOE. 2. Create reservation for spare parts on SAP. 3. Creation of proforma invoice/ quotations/ maintenance contracts/ Delivery challans as per standard formats. 4. Compiling compliance documents, invoice submission to customers & tracking of invoice receipts. 5. Invoice Parking as per confirmation from field team. 6. Follow up for payments with customers on mail & telephone. 7. Material inward record keeping. 8. Preparation of documents for obtaining lift license. 9. Creation of Purchase requisition on SAP. 10. Compiling spare part request as received by Field team. 11. Cold calling customers for enquiries to support regional sales teams. Key Skills: 1. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 2. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint & Word. 3. Working experience of SAP is preferred. 4. Must have some basic understanding of commercials.
