Roles and Responsibilities Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc) Perform technical and feasibility studies and prepare plans that satisfy technical specifications Assess potential risks, materials and costs Resolve emerging problems/deficiencies effectively and creatively Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders Monitor progress and compile reports in project status Manage budget and purchase materials Comply with guidelines and regulations regarding permits, safety, etc. Deliver technical files and technical documentation as required Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering i.e. building construction, civil construction, previous high rise building execution experience in a contractor firm preferred Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of site execution, site operations, site supervision, and safety protocols. Strong understanding of building construction methods, RCC techniques, and site execution practices. Proficiency in preparing BBS, shuttering designs, and concreting procedures.
