Junior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to support our design and construction teams on various architectural projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, presentations, and construction documents.

● Support project teams in conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.

● Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.

● Use design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.) to create models, drawings, and presentations.

● Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas.

● Perform research on materials, codes, and zoning regulations.

● Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

● 0–3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm (internship experience counts).

● Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

● Strong design and visualization skills.

● Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.

● Understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.

● Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.

● LEED or other sustainability credentials (optional but beneficial).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
