Junior Architect / Draftsman - Urgent requirement in chennai

Universal Builders & Developers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect/Draftsman to join our team. We encourage female candidates to apply for this position. Key Responsibilities:

Ø Architectural Drafting: Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Ø Design Collaboration: Work closely with customers and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.

Ø Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements, ensuring designs are practical and feasible.

Ø Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design revisions, specifications, and material lists.

Ø Client Engagement: Assist in presenting design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final plans.

Ø Quality Control: Review drawings for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all details are correctly represented.

Ø Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
