Job Description

 

  • Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:

    • financial records

    • data entry

    • Organize and maintain both physical and digital financial files, ensuring they're easily accessible and comply with retention policies.

  • Accounts Payable (AP) Support:

    • invoices

    • payments to vendors

    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Support:

    • customer invoices

    • collection efforts

    • Process customer payments and apply them correctly to outstanding invoices.

  • Bank and Account Reconciliations:

    • bank reconciliations

    • general ledger accounts

  • Expense Management:

    • expense reports

    • Record and track company expenses.

  • Financial Reporting Assistance:

    • financial reports

    • Generate various financial summaries and analyses as requested.

  • Compliance and Audit Support:

    • audits

    • accounting standards

    • Support the preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS) as instructed.

  • General Administrative Duties:

    • Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

    • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding financial inquiries.
