Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare fresh juices, mocktails, and health drinks as per menu and customer preferences. Wash, peel, cut, and juice fruits and vegetables in a hygienic manner. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of juicing area, utensils, and equipment. Refill and organize raw material stock such as fruits, syrups, ice, etc. Ensure timely service and maintain quality standards. Interact politely with customers and handle basic customer queries. Follow food safety guidelines and store materials properly. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of fruit and juice combinations. Good hygiene practices and cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Basic communication in English or local language.
