Job Summary:

We are hiring a versatile professional who can contribute equally to Java development and deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set in backend Java programming and DevOps tools for seamless application deployment and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Development (50%):

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Work with SQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.

Deployment (50%):

Handle deployment processes using AWS, Jenkins, and Ansible.
Automate build and deployment pipelines.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve CI/CD workflows.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security during deployment.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience with Java (Core & Backend Development)
Hands-on expertise in AWS
Good knowledge of SQL databases
Proficient with Jenkins for CI/CD
Experience with Ansible for automation

Preferred Qualities:

Ability to switch between development and deployment tasks seamlessly.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
