Technical Skills required:

Strong experience in Functional and Automation testing.
Hands on Automation experience is a must in Selenium, .NET/C# , BDD/Cucumber.
Lead and manage QA projects from scratch, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test data for functional, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
Maintain strong communication and client relationship management to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in automation, particularly with tools such as Selenium, to develop efficient and effective testing strategies.
Be well-versed in all testing techniques and methodologies, applying them to ensure the highest quality of our products.
Engage in hands-on testing activities in addition to overseeing the QA team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Actively participate in the requirement analysis stage, contributing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance product quality.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in sprint planning, scrum meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Always prioritize the quality of the product, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to maintain high standards.
