Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Job Controller to join our Finance & Accounting team in Nashik. As a Job Controller, you'll be responsible for managing and controlling financial aspects of projects and jobs, ensuring accurate accounting, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Control:
- Manage financial planning and budgeting for projects and jobs
- Ensure accurate financial forecasting and cost control
- Accounting and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with project teams, finance team, and management to ensure financial alignment
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions as needed
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 year of experience in finance and accounting (freshers with relevant skills can also apply)
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
