Job description –LAB Manager (BE Electrical Engineer) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our electrical team and support on-site execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical control panels, electronic systems, and troubleshooting abilities. This role requires field visits, team leadership, and a passion for engineering innovation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management & Execution Supervise and guide a team of 5–8 electrical technicians for LAB Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project execution with high-quality workmanship. 2. Electrical & Electronics Expertise Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and elevator electrical systems. Integrate electronic components, sensors, and automation systems for enhanced lift performance. Coordinate with mechanical and software teams for system integration. 3. Problem Solving Attend on-site calls for installation, commissioning, and service support. Diagnose and resolve issues related to control systems, wiring, sensors, and electrical failures. Provide technical support and solutions in real-time under field conditions. 4. Innovation & R&D Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, safety, or cost. Contribute to the development of new features or products involving electrical/electronic innovations. Keep up with the latest trends in elevator technology, control systems, and automation. R & D work for LED Lights 5. Documentation & Compliance Ensure accurate wiring diagrams, documentation, and safety compliance as per IS/IEC standards. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. 3–6 years of relevant experience in electrical systems, preferably in the LED Lighting sector.
