The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive. Responsibilities 1. Practical experience in working on US Taxation and Payroll 2. Employer taxation compliance for US 3. Having hands on experience in handling US Payroll Operation with experience in responding to client/customers queries 4.Good knowledge of US employment legislation and statutory requirements. 5.Experience in US Payroll Taxes such as W2/ Form 1040, Form 1120, Form 1099, etc. 6. Accounting and Reporting of Payroll Costs 7. Ability to perform accounting functions in applications such as Quick Books Online, 8. Receive and process Payroll inputs from Vendors and internal parties. 9.Preparation of Monthly Report 10.Communicate discrepancies to management team 11. Dear All, J&M Group is looking for an Accounts Executive Experience:1-2 years Salary: As per Company Standards Profile: Accounts Payable Executive Shift: Night Shift ( 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) Job Type: Full Time Location: Chennai 1. Follow up with the Vendor for the Timesheet 2. Entering invoices into the accounts payable system 3. Processing payments 4. Filing and maintaining supplier records 5. Checking and verifying invoices 6. Review invoices for appropriate documentation before payment 7. Preparing cheques/ACH for payment 8. Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor 9.
