Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present a shortlist of the most suitable candidates to the hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build and implement effective staffing strategies for critical, niche and high impact leadership positions. Monitor the gap between existing staff and manpower plan. Candidate Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future staffing needs. Conduct talent market research to identify and engage passive candidates. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams, department managers and external agencies to fulfil recruitment needs efficiently. Participate in workforce planning sessions and assist with developing recruitment strategies for long-term talent needs.
