Technical Pre-sales Engineer (Product Demos & Training) We are seeking a technically adept and enthusiastic Technical Pre-sales Engineer to support product demonstrations, customer training, and technical support. Key Responsibilities Product Demonstrations Deliver engaging live/virtual demos tailored to client needs Highlight product features, benefits, and competitive edge Support sales team with technical walkthroughs and client queries Collect and relay demo feedback to product teams Technical Support Provide expert-level technical guidance internally and to clients Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions Contribute to testing, improvements, and new feature adoption Product Training Create and deliver training content (presentations, guides, videos) Host workshops, webinars, and sessions for clients and teams Customize training based on user profiles and gather feedback Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams Represent customer needs to improve the product Participate in industry events and product showcases Qualifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Experience in product demos, technical support, and training Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to design and deliver engaging training content Customer-first mindset Preferred : Experience in tech/SaaS firms; training/product certifications a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your current CTC? About the Role - We are searching for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
