Jewellery counter sales

Job Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers at the counter in a courteous and professional manner Present and explain jewellery products, including specifications, quality, and pricing Understand customer requirements and help them select the right product Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is clean and well-organized Process billing, handle payments, and provide after-sales service Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain stock count and inform the inventory team about fast-moving items Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals Stay informed about the latest collections and promotions Candidate Requirements: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream Prior experience in counter sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable appearance with a customer-first attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, or lab-grown) is a plus Working Hours: Shift-based timings (e.g., 10:00 am – 7:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm) Weekly off between Monday to Thursday (rotational) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
