Key Responsibilities: Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintaining customer records, databases, and CRM systems. Processing orders, quotes, and invoices. Preparing reports, presentations, and sales materials. Responding to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns. Following up on customer requests and complaints. Gathering customer information and feedback. Assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks. Ensuring accurate order management. Coordinating communication between the sales team and other departments. Managing sales pipeline and tracking progress. Air Compressors Sales Executive: We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell air compressors and related industrial equipment to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of compressed air systems and the ability to match customer needs with effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers in industrial sectors requiring air compressors and related machinery. Promote, demonstrate, and sell air compressors, accessories, and maintenance services to meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements, offer tailored solutions, and provide technical consultations. Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads in a timely manner. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience from sale to after-sales support. Maintain records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in air compressors or related equipment. Solid technical knowledge of air compressor systems, their applications, and service requirements. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Having a valid drivers license, and own bike to travel to client sites.
